Every pool we build is custom designed to fit the homeowner’s individual needs and lifestyle. Typically a vinyl liner pool can take up to six weeks to build and our shotcrete pools average 12 weeks or more based on complexity. We offer options that require skilled specialists, can be very labor intensive and material specific thus can add to the scope of the project. Perimeter structures, water features, retaining walls, cooking centers and the wide array of decking options that we offer, all add time to the construction process. Weather plays a major role in our schedule. Bad weather not only slows our progress, but if forecasts are ignored it can greatly effect the quality of our product.

Just like homes and cars, swimming pool prices can vary greatly. As a homeowner, it is important to establish a budget that is appropriate to you financially and for your home from an investment standpoint. Size of swimming pools, pool/ spa combos, cleaning options, water features, outdoor kitchens, and type of materials all affect the price of your project. It is important to let us know what your budget range is so we can guide you through that decision process.

Once we put a custom design together for you, we give you a detailed price quote. We clearly state what is included in the price and list options for you to choose. We strive to include everything from the beginning so there are no additional costs. Certain things cannot be determined. Most notably are rock or hidden underground obstructions. When encountered, we make you immediately aware of them and estimate the cost to you for removal, enabling you to make an informed decision. Other things we do not include in our price, but can obtain quotes for you are fencing, electrical work, natural gas, and LP hook-ups and landscaping. We work with your tradesmen where involved.

We typically set our payment schedule in coordination with the progress of the project. We ask for a deposit to reserve your spot on the schedule and then we can start ordering supplies and materials. As the work proceeds we ask for the other draws. At this time we do not offer financing through our company but there are some unique programs offered by our national suppliers with reputable banks we can tell you about.

Depending on the time of year, we could be anywhere from 4 – 12 weeks out from the time you sign a contract and give us a deposit to start of construction. If you are thinking about building a pool next summer, please come see us as soon as possible. You can always reserve a spot on our schedule for the following season to fit your schedule. An often asked question, it may be compared to other outdoor or garden maintenance. If you maintain your yard on a regular basis, the amount of time is minimal. A weekly check of your water chemistry and a possible sweep or vacuuming is usually all it takes.
